Error Handling

401 Unauthorized — Missing/invalid/revoked key, or wrong auth header.
403 Forbidden — Key lacks required scope (message includes missing scope).
404 Not Found — Resource not found or not owned by key (tenant isolation).
429 Too Many Requests — Rate limited.
